The browser you are using might not display PDF files appropriately, especially more complicated PDF files with form fields such as Form I-9. If you have difficulty downloading and opening Form I-9, please try the following steps:
- Right click on the “Download Form I-9” button.
- Select “Save Link As / Save Target As”.
- Save the I-9 to your desktop or other location on your computer.
- If the file appears in your downloads, it might still try to open in your browser so please navigate to the location you saved the form to on your computer.
- If the saved form still tries to open in your browser, that means that your browser is your default PDF viewer. Please right click on the form icon and select “Open with” from the menu and then select Adobe Acrobat.
If Adobe is not available, please contact your department IT resource or contact the ITS help desk.
