Learn how a time approver can see who approved a timesheet…

Did you know that as a time approver, you can view the approval audit record of any time reporter you have access to? The steps below will walk you through the Payable Time Detail page in Core which stores the approval audit details.

  1. Navigation: Main Menu > Core-CT HRMS > Manager Self Service > Time Management > View Time > Payable Time Detail
  2. Search for your employee using the same Search Criteria you would use on the Approve Payable Time page (i.e. Employee ID, Time Reporter Group).
  3. Click Get Employees.
  4. Click on the last name of the employee that you want to review the audit record for. Please note that there might be multiple records. If that is the case, please refer to the last column in the results grid for the record number.
  5. Modify the start and end date as needed to return the desired time frame.
  6. Click the green refresh icon next to the End Date field.
  7. Click on the 4th tab “Cost and Approval”.
  8. The two columns on the far right of the grid will display the date/time stamp along with User ID of who approved the the time entry.
  9. If the User ID field is blank, then the time has not been approved yet.
